DOBSON’S CHOICE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Try our products completely risk-free. We believe strongly in the value and integrity of our products and take full responsibility for your satisfaction. If you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll give you a full refund*. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

Simply follow these easy steps:

2. Please enclose a note with your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number.

3. We will initiate your refund within 48 business hours of receiving your package.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for your product. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

At Dobson’s Choice we stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we will pay to return the product to us and send a replacement to you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at returns@dobsonschoice.com. Please provide us with your order number and item name from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:

  • Contest winnings.
  • Free Promotional Items.
  • All third-party retail brick-and-mortar or online purchases of Dobson’s Choice Products (except for purchases from dobsonschoice.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
  • Dobson’s Choice LLC withholds the right to refuse excessive return order requests.
