At Dobson’s Choice we stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied. As such, your satisfaction is guaranteed for a full 30 days from the date of purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied and would like a refund or exchange, contact us a returns@dobsonschoice.com.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we will pay to return the product to us and send a replacement to you.

How To Return A Product

To qualify for a full refund, we require the product label in a letter envelope with your full name written on the front.

Please note we are not asking you to mail back your entire order, only the thin, product label surrounding the bottle.

It is your obligation to pay the return postage. We must receive the label within 30 days from the date of the original purchase for the refund to be valid.

Damaged & Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us a returns@dobsonschoice.com.

Please provide us with your order number and item name from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
